Best Companies to Work For in Texas 2016

This year, Capitol Home Health has again been blessed by being one of the “Best Companies to Work For in Texas”! We are so proud to make this announcement and to receive this award for the third year in a row– 2014, 2015 and 2016!

The “Best Companies to Work for in Texas” award is a survey competition to determine which participants are the best employers. The process is managed by Best Companies Group, which is an independent research firm that specializes in identifying and recognizing great places to work, and the winners are published in Texas Monthly and celebrated at an awards event.

One of the best things about this award is that we received it based off of our employees’ thoughts and feedback on Capitol Home Health. This alone heightens our company pride, but also shows that CHH is a great place to work!

Some of the amazing things that our employees mentioned were our monthly birthday and work anniversary luncheons, the monthly in-office chair massages, the weekly in-office yoga classes and the fun, quirky in-office contests that they can participate in throughout the year.

All in all, to receive this award for three years in a row is such a blessing. We’d like to thank all who participated in the surveys that led to this award and to thank ALL employees for being part of Capitol Home Health!
